Rental Assistance

The unique land lease structure of our properties provides an excellent opportunity for eligible individuals to receive Commonwealth Rental Assistance. This assistance effectively subsidises the cost of the site fee that you will be paying, reducing your financial burden significantly. To determine your eligibility for Commonwealth Rental Assistance, you can get in touch with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs or Centrelink. Once you are deemed eligible, you will be able to enjoy significant savings on your weekly resort upkeep costs. In fact, for both single and couple occupants, the rental assistance can cover almost 1/3 of the total weekly cost, providing substantial financial relief.
